Start with the suet.
Our suet comes from grass-fed, pasture-raised cattle on regenerative ranches in Central Texas.
Chopped fine. Rendered down.
We chop the suet into fine pieces, then render it down into tallow.
Seven passes. No shortcuts.
We strain the rendered tallow through cheesecloth seven times before it reaches the jar.
Cooled. Jarred. Yours.
