Our beef fat is sourced entirely from the suet or kidney fat of cows from a ranch in south Texas who has earned the prestigious label of USDA Certified Responsibly Raised. The cows are raised on pastures allowing them to naturally graze on nutrient-rich grasses, which results in a product that is rich in vitamins A, D, E, and K, and omega-3 fatty acids. Free from antibiotics, hormones, and vaccines (mRNA included).
